We are ecstatic to welcome Santi Fracala to Avandra Advisory as our new Principal Transport Planner. With over 12 years of experience in strategic transport planning, traffic engineering, and road safety, Santi brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team.
Santi has delivered impactful transport solutions across consultancy and government sectors, including education, health, and infrastructure. Her recent work with the NSW Department of Education saw her lead strategic planning for over 25 school projects annually, across 40 Local Government Areas, providing expert advice on transport assessments, safety audits, and infrastructure design.
Santi has a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, policy influence, and multi-agency collaboration. Her contributions to state-wide transport standards and her involvement in programs like Get NSW Active and Get Kids Active demonstrate her commitment to creating safer, more accessible communities.
We are truly excited to have Santi’s strategic insight and passion for transport innovation on board. Her experience managing complex projects and mentoring teams will be invaluable as we continue to grow our team and deliver high-quality transport planning and advisory services.
